COMPETITION RULES: "Your free holiday in just two steps!"
Based on clause 69 of the Gaming Law (Official gazette no. 87/09) LAGUNA NOVIGRAD d.d. Novigrad (hereinafter: Organiser) determines the following
COMPETITION RULES
"Your free holiday in just two steps!"
Clause 1
The Organiser of the competition named "Your free holiday in just two steps!"
is Laguna Novigrad d.d. from Novigrad, Škverska 8, OIB: 58935879058.
The Organiser organises the competition for the purposes of promotion of products and services which it provides in their hostelry facilities (hotels and camps), as well as for their sales advancement.
Clause 2
The competition will take place in all the Organiser's facilities in the period between 22.07.2012 and 29.11.2012 and will have only one round.
Clause 3
The competition rules, quoting the class, delivery number and the date of issue of approval by the Ministry of Finance, will be announced by means of electronic media, namely on the Organiser's website and their Facebook profile.
Clause 4
All domestic and foreign guests, who are staying at the Organiser's facilities and who have subscribed to the Organiser's Facebook profile during the period between 22.07.2012 and 29.11.2012 have the right to participate in the competition.
Clause 5
Each participant in the competition can take part in the competition by means of only one entry made on the Organiser's Facebook profile.
Clause 6
Staff and their close family cannot enter the competition.
Clause 7
The prize fund consists of:
Five (5) free packages which include a stay at the Hotel Maestral in Novigrad for two (2) persons for a duration of five (5) days. The value of each package is 4,500.00 kunas.
Total prize fund value equals 22,500.00 kunas.
VAT is included in the prize value.
The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
Clause 8
The public prize draw will take place at the Organiser's facility, Hotel Maestral in Novigrad, Tere 2, on 30.11.2012, starting at 12:00 noon.
The prizes will be drawn from among all the entries received on the Organiser's Facebook profile within the period shown in clause 2 of these Rules.
The draw regularity will be overseen by a three-member panel, appointed by the Company director, as follows:
- Alen Greblo,
- Alen Salamun,
- Martina Puhar.
A report on the course of the draw will be prepared and delivered to the Ministry of Finance within 8 days from the date of the draw.
All interested participants can attend the public draw.
Clause 9
The winners' names will be announced on the Organiser's website and Facebook profile within 8 days from the date of the draw. The prize recipients will be notified in writing of the prize won.
Clause 10
The winners can collect their prizes at the Organiser's headquarters in Novigrad, Škverska 8, within 30 days from the date of receipt of a written notice, upon presentation of personal documents.
Clause 11
All further Organiser's obligations towards the winner cease upon prize collection.
Clause 12
In the event that a lower number of participants enter the competition than the number of prizes which are anticipated by the prize fund, as many prizes as the number of participants in the competition will be awarded. Unawarded or uncollected prizes will be sold at a public auction and the means realised by the sale will be paid in for the benefit of the state budget.
Clause 13
The competition can be cancelled only in the event that circumstances for which the Organiser is not responsible occur, i.e. which he could not prevent, remove or avoid. The participants will be notified about the cancellation of the competition by means of electronic media.
Clause 14
A participant who enters the competition accepts all the rights and obligations emanating from these Rules.
The rules come into force following the Ministry of Finance's approval and after they have been announced in the electronic media.
Clause 15
The Organiser is obliged to immediately pay in 5% of the determined value of the prize fund for the benefit of the Croatian Red Cross.
Clause 16
In the event of a dispute between the Organiser and the competition participants, the matter will be taken before the competent court, the Municipal Court in Buje and the current law of the Republic of Croatia will be applicable.
