PAYING BY BANK TRANSFER FROM ABROAD

Guests from overseas may pay their bookings by bank transfer to our foreign money account. Details needed for the bank transfer are:

Guests from Croatia may pay their bookings in cash by money order into our gyro-account.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT THROUGH THE ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM (American Express, Visa, MasterCard)

OFFLINE CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

If you decide to make an offline credit card payment, please print-out and fill in the credit card offline authorization form when confirming your reservation. Then forward the form by fax to: +385 52 757 314 or e-mail it to: reservations@laguna-novigrad.hr, thus authorizing us to charge the amount of the reservation in keeping with the selected payment dynamics. Authorization submission deadline is clearly designated on the reservation confirmation. If the authorization copy submission deadline is exceeded, the payment will be considered not to have been made and the reservation will be cancelled.

Costs of the processed payment are divided between the guest and the agency where the guest will pay the expenses of the payer’s bank and the agency those of the beneficiary’s bank.
