Lowest online rate guaranteed

For each reservation through Laguna Novigrad, we guarantee the lowest online price possible to book on the Internet. You would like to book through Laguna novigrad, but you have found a lower price than offered by Laguna Novigrad , we will grant you that same price and an additional 5% discount. In order to claim this right, please send an e-mail to: reservations@laguna-novigrad.hr or call our Reservations Centre at +385 52 757 463.

Terms and conditions
If you succeed in finding a price lower than the one we are offering for the same tourist facility, accommodation unit and date of stay, we will further lower our price.The guarantee applies to the final price to be paid for the full stay, including any service charges, taxes, management fees, handling fees or other charges. Only one 5% discount regardless of the number of lower rates found will be applied. In the event of a multiple night stay, The Lowest Rate Guarantee will compare the total room cost of the stay as booked at the Laguna Novigrad Rate with the total room cost of the stay booked at a Competing Rate. Multiple claims for a stay consisting of two or more consecutive nights at the same hotel will be treated as one claim for one stay and the Lowest Rate Guarantee will be applied to that one stay.
The Lowest Rate Guarantee does not apply to any rates from priceline.com, hotwire.com, or any similar websites that prevents the buyer from obtaining information relating to available hotel rooms until after the buyer has guaranteed payment. It does not apply to any site that in the process of booking does not divulge the name of the property on which the available hotel room is located, the precise location of the property on which the available hotel room is located, the identity, brand or flag affiliation of the hotel that will provide such available room, and other specific information that may divulge the property's identity
The Lowest Rate Guarantee does not apply to packaged rates. Packaged rates include hotel accommodations sold as part of a travel package with other services. It does not apply to the unpublished rates that are not available to the general public such as corporate discount rates, group rates, etc.
